  I usually like Nando's. It's expensive but the food is usually acceptable. This particular one is the worst out there. Took 10 mins to order because I had to repeat myself so often. The food came out staggered which is a massive pet peeve of mine. The food was ok (see pic) but halfway through our meal someone interrupted us to take our table number away and reached over the food to get it. Also it's the coldest place on earth and ever time someone moves a chair it's so loud on the tiles it feels like you're at a strapping Young lad concert.

  service was terrible... The 2 employees working ignored us for the first 10 minutes and when we were served the lady working the register had no idea what she was doing and then just walked off.
  
  The atmosphere is a disaster... If I were the nandos franchise I would seriously look into dissolving any contracts held with this store and its owners.
  
  The food its self was nice but certainly not worth the price.
  
  I would recommend another restaurant.

  Online ordering deactivated, no one answering the phone line, when I walked in (well before close) chairs were already packed up, no customers (so no excuse for not answering phone) and when I asked if I can place can order the manager begrudgingly said "uhhh, if it's quick" as if he was doing me a favour.
  Worst service.

  Nando's tend to be consistent no matter where you are in the world and this was no different. Unfortunately, on this visit, I found the staff and food disappointing. The place was a little untidy, staff disinterested and the presentation of the food was less than ideal.
  It appears to be popular but more as a meeting place than a dining place. However, I'll give it a second chance as it might have been the time of day (lunch time).
  Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking. Takeaway available.

  Shop is old and dirty, no place to wash your hands, the tear and share platter was missing sliced veggies and the bread portions was small. Compared to other nandos shop this was a disappointment.

  I used to love nandos but the service, portion size vs cost and cleanliness has left. I don’t know what head office is doing but the franchisees are clearly ripping off customers. I had to really look for the chicken in my supreme burger. Chickens aren’t that small!!
  It’s as if the management of the business is happy for customers to be ripped off, given poor service and for the restaurants to be filthy.

  These guys do an awesome job. No matter how busy they are they will still serve you with a smile and never have to wait long for our meals. When aver we have a movie night planned a simple call and everything is cooked by the time we arrive ready to eat. Highly recommend this store.
